04:34 PM EDT, 09/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Universal Logistics ( ULH ) said Monday it has acquired Parsec, Parsec Intermodal of Canada ULC and OB Leasing for $193.6 million.

Parsec is a provider of terminal management services to the Class I, regional, and short-line railroads across North America.

Universal said Parsec will operate within its contract logistics segment, and it expects the transaction to be immediately accretive.
