09:20 AM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Unusual Machines ( UMAC ) said Thursday it completed its acquisition of Rotor Lab for about $7 million.

The all-stock deal for the maker of motors and propulsion systems for drones that was announced in June includes a $3 million earn out, the company said.

Rotor Lab's Canberra site will continue as an engineering hub, while Unusual Machines ( UMAC ) will begin production at a new Orlando, Fla. facility starting this month, the company added.
