10:12 AM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Unusual Machines ( UMAC ) said Monday it agreed to sell 5 million shares of common stock in a registered direct offering priced at $9.70 per share for gross proceeds of $48.5 million.

The offering was priced 20% below the stock's Friday closing price.

The company said it expects to close the transaction Tuesday, subject to customary conditions.

Unusual Machines ( UMAC ) said it plans to use the funds to expand manufacturing operations in the US, support working capital, and for general corporate needs.

Shares of the company were down over 16% in recent trading.
