10:08 AM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Unusual Machines ( UMAC ) said Monday its Fat Shark Aura video transmitter was approved by the Department of Defense's Defense Innovation Unit for inclusion in the Blue UAS Framework.

The Blue UAS Framework is an initiative created by the Defense Innovation Unit to assess and scale commercial drone technology for government and military use.

The company said it now has multiple first-person-view drone components approved and can support fully compliant drones through direct offerings and collaboration with partners.

Shares were up more than 3% in recent early trading.
