08:44 AM EST, 02/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Upbound Group ( UPBD ) said Thursday it has named Chief Financial Officer Fahmi Karam as its chief executive, effective June 1.
Karam will succeed Mitch Fadel, who has decided to retire, the company said.
Upbound also said it has launched a search for a new CFO.
