As a result, Aberdeen's ownership has been reduced by 10.5%.

As of the date hereof, Aberdeen holds about 26.4 million common shares of AmmPower ( AMMPF ), representing 16.7% of the issued and outstanding shares of Ammpower ( AMMPF ).
