Update: Africa Oil Down 1% as It Provides Results of Share Buyback Program From Jan. 13-17

Africa Oil ( AOIFF ) said Monday it repurchased 517,300 common shares from Jan. 13-17 under its share buyback program.

During this period, the company repurchased 210,800 shares on the TSX and/or alternative Canadian trading systems and 306,500 on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Africa Oil ( AOIFF ) shares were last seen down $0.02 to $1.99 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
