Aimia ( AIMFF ) on Friday reported a narrower fourth-quarter loss on higher revenue.
The loss came in at $41.2 million, or $0.48 per share, compared with a loss of $59 million, or $0.69, in the year-prior quarter. Revenue rose to $127.2 million from $100.1 million.
Adjusted EBITDA swung to $17.3 million from a loss of $1.1 million.
Aimia ( AIMFF ) expects 2025 adjusted EBITDA at its two global businesses, Bozzetto and Cortland, on a combined basis at $88 million to $95 million, compared with $80.4 million in 2024. Bozzetto is a specialty-chemicals company and Cortland International is a rope and netting company.
The company also named Rhys Summerton as executive chairman following the retirement of Tom Finke.
Aimia ( AIMFF ) shares were last seen up $0.14 to $2.65 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
