Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google ( GOOG ) has agreed to pay 326 million euros ($339.8 million) to settle a tax evasion case in Italy, news outlets reported Wednesday, citing a statement from Milan prosecutors.

According to the reports, the settlement deal covers Google's ( GOOG ) unpaid taxes for the period 2015 to 2019, along with penalties and interest.

A Google ( GOOG ) spokesperson confirmed to MT Newswires that the company has reached a settlement deal with the Italian Revenue Agency to resolve the 2015-2019 tax audit without litigation.
