Update: Amdocs Fiscal Q4 Earnings Rise, Revenue Falls; Issues Outlook, Increases Dividend

Amdocs ( DOX ) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $1.83 per diluted share, up from $1.70 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.82.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $1.15 billion, down from $1.26 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.15 billion.

The company said it expects fiscal Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $1.73 to $1.79 on revenue of between $1.135 billion and $1.175 billion.

Analysts expected $1.87 and $1.15 billion, respectively.

For fiscal 2026, the firm projects growth of 4.0% to 8.0% for adjusted EPS and 1.7% to 5.7% for revenue.

Amdocs' ( DOX ) board approved an 8% increase in quarterly cash dividend to $0.569 per share, payable first in April pending shareholder approval at the January annual meeting.

Shares were over 2% lower in after-hours activity.
