Update: Aris Mining Edges Up as Its Chief Financial Officer Plans to Depart

05:16 PM EDT, 04/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aris Mining ( ARMN ) was at last look up 0.7% in US after hours trading after the company on Monday said Richard Orazietti will step down as chief financial officer after completing the company's first-quarter reporting.

The company said as part of a planned leadership succession, Cameron Paterson will join Aris as CFO in July, ahead of second-quarter reporting, lead the completion of the company's report for the period.

The company noted Paterson joined Pan American Silver ( PAAS ) in 2014 and has served in executive roles since 2015, including as Vice President, Financial Reporting, and, since 2022, as Senior Vice President, Finance and Information Technology.

ARIS shares closed up $0.02 to $7.48 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
