Asbury Automotive Group ( ABG ) shares rose nearly 11% in recent trading Thursday after the company reported Q4 adjusted earnings of $7.26 per diluted share, up from $7.12 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $6.04.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $4.50 billion compared with $3.81 billion a year earlier.
