Atkore ( ATKR ) shares fell 14% in recent Tuesday trading after the company posted lower fiscal Q3 results and cut its full-year 2024 adjusted net income guidance.

The company reported fiscal Q3 adjusted net income Tuesday of $3.80 per diluted share, down from $5.72 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $3.99.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 28 was $822.4 million, down from $919.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $830.2 million.

The company lowered its full-year 2024 adjusted net income outlook to $14.30 to $14.52 per diluted share, from $16 to $17 previously.
