Autodesk ( ADSK ) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income late Thursday of $2.62 per diluted share, up from $2.15 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.45.
Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was $1.76 billion, up from $1.51 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $1.72 billion.
For fiscal Q3, the company expects non-GAAP EPS of $2.48 to $2.51 on revenue of $1.80 billion to $1.81 billion.
Analysts are looking for $2.39 and $1.77 billion, respectively.
For fiscal 2026, the company raised its non-GAAP EPS guidance to a range of $9.80 to $9.98 from the previous range of $9.50 to $9.73. Revenue projection for the fiscal year also increased to $7.03 billion to $7.08 billion, from prior range of $6.93 billion to $7 billion.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $9.66 on revenue of $6.97 billion.
The company, which had been conducting an investigation into its free cash flow and non-GAAP operating margin practices, in coordination with Securities and Exchange Commission and United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California, said it was informed by both the government agencies this month that the probe had been closed.
Shares rose over 10% in after-market hours activity.
