BGSF ( BGSF ) said late Monday it has agreed to sell its Professional Division to A&M Capital Partners' portfolio company Inspyr Solutions for $99 million in an all-cash deal.

The deal is expected to close during H2, BGSF ( BGSF ) said.

The company said that as a result of the deal, BGSF ( BGSF ) Chief Executive Beth Garvey will leave her role to pursue other interests, effective July 1.

BGSF ( BGSF ) said its board has picked Kelly Brown, president of the property management division, and Chief Financial Officer Keith Schroeder to act as interim co-CEOs following Garvey's departure.

BGSF ( BGSF ) shares were up 29% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
