Update: Bruker Shares Fall Amid Lower Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue; 2025 Adjusted EPS, Revenue Guidance Cut

Bruker ( BRKR ) shares were more than 11% lower in recent Monday trading after the company reported a Q2 adjusted net income of $0.32 per diluted share, down from $0.52 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.41.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $797.4 million, compared with $800.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $810.1 million.

The company now expects 2025 adjusted earnings of $1.95 to $2.05 per share on revenue of $3.43 billion to $3.50 billion, from previous guidance of adjusted earnings of $2.40 to $2.48 per share on revenue of $3.48 billion to $3.55 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted earnings of $2.39 on revenue of $3.51 billion.
