Update: Bunker Hill Falls 13% as It Amends a Royalty Agreement with Sprott Streaming

Bunker Hill Mining ( BHLL ) late on Tuesday said it amended its royalty agreement with Sprott Private Resource Streaming & Royalty.

Under the existing royalty agreement, Bunker Hill subsidiary Silver Valley Metals granted Sprott Streaming certain gross revenue royalty interests on certain primary, residual and other claims comprising the Bunker Hill mine in Idaho.

Under the amendment, the royalty will now also apply to certain additional surface and mineral parcels between patented mining claims within the existing boundaries of the land package.

The implementation of the amendment is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Bunker Hill shares were last seen down $0.03 to $0.19 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
