Update: Canada Nickel Gains 3.6% as its NetZero Metals Subsidiary Forms Advisory Board

11:37 AM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Canada Nickel ( CNIKF ) said Tuesday that its subsidiary, NetZero Metals, formed an advisory board to support the advancement of its nickel, stainless-steel and alloy processing facilities in the Timmins District in northern Ontario.

The advisory board includes Ulrich Albrecht Frueh, Boyd Davis, Christian Hempel and Tony Warner. Canada Nickel ( CNIKF ) said they have experience in the nickel, stainless and alloy steel sectors.

Canada Nickel ( CNIKF ) also announced the appointment of Scott Lauschke as vice president of business development with NetZero Metals.

"Scott and the Advisory Board will be instrumental as we progress our downstream processing projects through the feasibility study stage and ultimately into production," Canada Nickel ( CNIKF ) Chief Executive Mark Selby said.

Canada Nickel ( CNIKF ) shares were last seen up $0.04 to $1.16 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
