CareDx ( CDNA ) said Tuesday that the US Department of Justice concluded its investigation in a qui tam action filed by a former firm's employee and found no "wrongdoing."

The DOJ declined to proceed with any further action, the company added.

The complaint was filed on Feb. 12, 2021, in the federal district court for the Eastern District of New York, the firm said.

The DOJ declined MT Newswires' request for comment.
