Citigroup ( C ) will be the exclusive coordinator and lead arranger of the export credit for the construction of Bulgaria's nuclear power units 7 and 8 at the Kozloduy nuclear power plant, Bulgarian Energy Ministry said in a statement Wednesday.

Bulgaria's Energy Minister Zhecho Stankov held talks with Citi's leadership in New York, where they agreed on financing for the units, which will use Westinghouse's AP1000 technology, the statement said.
