Citigroup ( C ) executive Titi Cole, in charge of implementing the company's significant restructuring plans, is leaving, multiple media outlets reported, citing an internal memo.
Cole's exit is not related to restructuring, she had been planning to leave the bank for a while to work for a non-profit, a source with knowledge of the departure told the Financial Times. Cole joined Citi in 2020 and became head of legacy franchises in 2022, the report said.
Cole is joining a non-profit focused on women and healthcare as an executive director, Reuters reported.
Mike Whitaker, head of Citi's operations and technology team, is also leaving the bank, according to Reuters. Tim Ryan, former senior partner at PwC overseeing the US franchise, will join Citi as the head of technology and business enablement, the report added.
Citi did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
