CNH Industrial ( CNH ) said late Tuesday its subsidiary has priced its private placement of 300 million Canadian dollars ($219.5 million) in 4% notes due April 2028, with an issue price of 99.964%.

The offering is set to close on Thursday.

The company said it intends to use net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

Shares of the company slipped 0.5% in pre-bell activity Wednesday.
