Colliers International Group's ( CIGI ) shares dropped past 10% in recent Thursday trading after the company's Q4 adjusted earnings missed market expectations.

The investment management firm earlier reported Q4 adjusted earnings of $2.26 per diluted share, up from $2 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.38.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $1.50 billion compared with $1.24 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.43 billion.

The company said it expects 2025 adjusted EPS growth in the low teens. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $7.03. The company expects revenue growth from high single-digit to low teens for the year. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $5.36 billion.
