Update: Construction Partners Shares Rise After Reporting Preliminary Fiscal 2024 Results, Sets Fiscal 2025 Guidance

Construction Partners ( ROAD ) shares jumped nearly 11% in recent Monday trading after the company said it expects fiscal year 2024 net income of $68 million to $70 million, compared with $49 million in fiscal 2023.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $74.8 million.

The civil infrastructure company expects fiscal 2024 revenue of $1.82 billion to $1.83 billion, compared with $1.56 billion in fiscal 2023.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $1.84 billion.

For 2025, Construction Partners ( ROAD ) said it expects net income of $90 million to $106 million and revenue of $2.42 billion to $2.52 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect net income of $94.6 million and revenue of $2.08 billion.
