Cushman & Wakefield ( CWK ) shares rose over 13% in recent trading Tuesday after the company's Q3 earnings came ahead of estimates.

The company reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.23 per diluted share, up from $0.21 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.21.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $2.34 billion, up from $2.29 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $2.39 billion.
