Cyngn ( CYN ) shares were up more than 69% in premarket activity Friday, a day after the company said it is partnering with Nvidia ( NVDA ) on autonomous vehicle solutions for industrial applications.

Shares of Cyngn ( CYN ) closed more than 171% higher in the regular trading session on Thursday, when Cyngn ( CYN ) announced its autonomous vehicles, built on Nvidia Isaac, are already operating in commercial environments.

Separately, the company said it has entered into a $15 million registered direct offering with a single institutional investor.

The offering includes about 2.99 million common shares or prefunded warrants priced at $5.01 each. The prefunded warrants are immediately exercisable.

Cyngn ( CYN ) said proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The offering is expected to close on or about Friday.
