Update: Danaher Shares Rise After Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Sales Lift

Danaher ( DHR ) shares were up over 8% in recent Tuesday trading after the company reported fiscal Q3 adjusted net earnings of $1.89 per diluted share, up from $1.71 a year earlier.

Analysts' estimates were not readily available for comparison.

Sales for the quarter ended Sept. 26 were $6.05 billion, up from $5.80 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $6 billion.

The company said it continues to expect 2025 adjusted net earnings in the range of $7.70 to $7.80 per diluted share.
