Update: DynaCERT Raises $1.92 Million in the First Tranche of a Private Placement of Share Units

12:28 PM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DynaCERT ( DYFSF ) said Thursday it raised $1.92 million in the initial tranche of its private placement of shares units.

The company said it placed 12.77-million units in the tranche, with each priced at $0.15 and made up of a share and one-half of a three-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.20.

The company plans to use the proceeds to finance sales of its HydraGEN Technology Products for carbon emission reduction, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.

DynaCERT's ( DYFSF ) shares were last seen up $0.005 to $0.14 on the Toronto Stock Exchange
