Update: Elastic Fiscal Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Increase; Sets Fiscal Q1, 2025 Outlook -- Shares Rise

Elastic (ESTC) shares were up nearly 9% in recent trading Friday, a day after it reported non-GAAP earnings and Revenue ahead of consensus.

The company reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $0.21 per diluted share, down from $0.22 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.20.

Revenue for the quarter that ended April 30 was $335 million, up from $279.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $329.8 million.

The company said it expects non-GAAP EPS of between $0.24 and $0.26 for fiscal Q1 and between $1.35 and $1.47 for fiscal 2025. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $0.25 and $1.39, respectively.

The company expects revenue of between $343 million and $345 million for Q1 and between $1.47 billion and $1.48 billion for the year. Analysts expect $344.7 million and $1.48 billion, respectively.
