EMCOR ( EME ) reported Q4 earnings Wednesday of $6.32 per diluted share, up from $4.47 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $5.97.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $3.77 billion, up from $3.44 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.81 billion.

For 2025, the company said it expects diluted EPS of $22.25 to $24.00 on revenue of $16.10 billion to $16.90 billion.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected EPS of $23.14 on revenue of $15.79 billion.

EMCOR ( EME ) also said its board has authorized an additional $500 million for the purchase of shares under its existing share repurchase program.

The shares were up over 6% in recent trading.
