EnCore Energy (EU.V) reported Thursday record uranium extraction rates from the Alta Mesa in-situ recovery uranium central processing plant in Texas.
The company said the uranium capture for May averaged 2,103 pounds per day, rising from 1,942 pounds per day in April. The uranium capture for seven days ending June 23 was over 3,000 pounds per day.
EnCore said it continues to expand wellfields at the Alta Mesa project with the addition of 28 wells comprising 13 extraction wells and 15 injection wells. This is part of an ongoing ramp up strategy to advance wellfield expansion every four to five weeks, the company said.

EnCore's share price at last look rose $0.14% to $3.56 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
