Genpact ( G ) reported Q4 adjusted net income late Thursday of $0.91 per diluted share, up from $0.82 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.86.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $1.25 billion, compared with $1.15 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $1.23 billion.
For Q1, the professional services company is projecting adjusted earnings of $0.79 to $0.80 on revenue of $1.20 billion to $1.21 billion.
Analysts are looking for $0.78 and $1.20 billion, respectively.
For 2025, the company is projecting adjusted EPS of $3.52 to $3.59 on revenue of $5.03 billion to $5.13 billion.

The company said its board raised its quarterly cash dividend by 11% to $0.17 per share, payable March 26 to shareholders of record as of the close of business March 11.
