Update: Global Atomic Drops 16% as a Debt Financing Presentation to a Bank Credit Committee Postponed

11:45 AM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Global Atomic ( GLATF ) on Tuesday said a planned presentation of a debt-financing facility to the credit committee of an unnamed U.S. development bank has been postponed to August.

The bank decided not to bring the project to the credit committee this month due to a need to answer additional questions.

Final approval by the bank's board of directors is now expected in October. Global Atomic ( GLATF ) said it continues to review other financing options, including joint ventures.

Global Atomic ( GLATF ) shares were last seen down $0.32 to $1.70 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
