Update: Griffon Shares Jump Following Fiscal Q4 Beat

Griffon (GFF) shares jumped more than 13% in recent trading on Wednesday after its fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings and revenue exceeded analysts' consensus.

The company reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings of $1.47 per diluted share, up from $1.19 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.18.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $659.7 million, compared with $641.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $641.2 million.

The company said it expects fiscal 2025 revenue of about $2.60 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $2.66 billion.
