Hasbro ( HAS ) said late Tuesday it has laid off about 150 employees, or 3% of its global workforce, as part of the company's multiyear restructuring plan.

"We are aligning our structure with our long-term goals," a Hasbro ( HAS ) spokesperson said in an emailed statement to MT Newswires.

The company had about 4,985 employees at the end of last year, according to its 2024 annual report. In December 2023, the toymaker disclosed plans to cut about 1,100 jobs on top of the 800 cuts carried out earlier in the same year, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.
