Identiv ( INVE ) said in a Friday filing that it has initiated multiple legal proceedings against Tageos SAS in Europe, alleging that the latter has engaged in "anti-competitive" business practices such as misappropriation of Identiv's ( INVE ) trade secrets and confidential information.

The company said it discovered in February that Tageos gained access to unauthorized confidential information and Identiv ( INVE ) trade secrets, and it subsequently took action to pursue legal relief to protect its business.

On June 11, the Munich Regional Court in Germany rejected Identiv's ( INVE ) application for a preliminary injunction in its entirety, Tageos said in a June 18 statement. With the court's decision, the proceedings are concluded, Tageos said.
