03:09 PM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Infosys ( INFY ) shares fell 2.9% in recent Thursday trading despite delivering higher fiscal Q2 results.

The company earlier reported fiscal Q2 earnings of $0.20 per diluted share, up from $0.19 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.20.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $5.08 billion, up from $4.89 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $4.98 billion.

For fiscal 2026, the company said it now expects fiscal 2026 constant currency revenue growth of 2% to 3%, compared with its previous projection of 1% to 3% growth.
