01:58 PM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Intermap Technologies ( ITMSF ) , a global player in 3D geospatial products and intelligence services, said Monday that it has won a $1 million contract in Malaysia to enhance water resources management.

Intermap ( ITMSF ) has secured more than $15 million under Malaysia's current basemap program and expects the awards to continue.

Also, the company said it has secured the first payment for the Indonesian mapping program and reported significant progress in project preparations and deployment. The program is now underway to capture and analyze intricate geospatial data.

Regarding Intermap's ( ITMSF ) global insurance business, the company said it has reached $1 million from a new client subscription and multiple renewals.

Intermap ( ITMSF ) will release its audited annual financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023, on April 1.

The company's shares rose 4% on last look on Monday.
