Update: JinkoSolar Shares Fall After Q4 Earnings Drop

JinkoSolar Holding ( JKS ) shares were down by more than 9% in recent trading after the company reported Q4 earnings Wednesday of 0.54 renminbi ($0.08) per diluted American depositary share, down from 5.01 renminbi a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was 32.83 billion renminbi ($4.62 billion), up from 30 billion renminbi a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected revenue of $4.18 billion.
