11:28 AM EDT, 03/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Karora Resources Inc. ( KRRGF ) overnight Wednesday confirmed that it has exited discussions regarding a potential transaction with Ramelius Resources Ltd.

Karora said it is engaged in exclusive negotiations with a new third party on a possible business combination. There is no guarantee that the discussions will result in any transaction.

The company said it will not make any additional comments about the discussions unless a definitive agreement has been reached.

Karora at last look gained 4.3% in early Thursday trading.
