Update: KKR to Extend Tender Offer for Fuji Soft to Jan. 9

KKR (KKR) said Thursday it will extend its proposed takeover offer of 9,451 Japanese yen ($60.2) per share for Fuji Soft to Jan. 9.

The offer was initially expected to end on Thursday, KKR said.

Fuji Soft declined MT Newswires' request for comment.

Shares of KKR were down 1.2% in Friday premarket activity.
