LAMF Global Ventures (LGVC) and Nuvo Group said late Tuesday that LAMF's shareholders approved the business combination between the companies, Holdco Nuvo Group, Nuvo Assetco, and H.F.N Insight Merger.

The combined company will operate as Holdco and be listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker NUVO, according to the joint statement.

LAMF shares soared more than 177% in premarket activity Wednesday.
