Lancaster Colony ( LANC ) shares were down 11% in recent Thursday trading after the company's fiscal Q4 results fell short of market estimates.

The company reported fiscal Q4 net income of $1.26 per diluted share, up from $0.33 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.38.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $452.8 million, compared with $454.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $462.3 million.
