Lantheus ( LNTH ) shares advanced by more than 18% in recent Wednesday trading after the company released quarterly results that topped analysts' estimates and provided an upbeat 2025 outlook.

The radiopharmaceutical company reported Q4 adjusted earnings of $1.59 per diluted share, down from $1.75 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.54.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $391.1 million, compared with $354 million a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $376.1 million.

The company said it expects 2025 adjusted diluted EPS of $7.00 to $7.20. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $6.98. Full-year revenue was estimated at $1.55 billion to $1.61 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.61 billion.
