11:35 AM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Liberty Gold ( LGDTF ) Wednesday said it has further expanded high-grade oxide mineralization at the Rangefront Zone of the Black Pine gold project in Idaho.
The most recent drill results expand the near-surface oxide gold zone to over 150 meters wide north-south and over 200 meters wide east-west in the upper portion of the resource pit.
Highlights from the results include 0.41 grams per tonne gold over 41.1 meters and 0.92 g/t gold over 31.1 meters. The company said the results confirm that the Rangefront Zone continues to grow in strategically critical areas.
The newly expanded zone of near-surface oxide gold introduces the potential for significant changes to mining economics and sequencing strategy at Rangefront Zone.
Additional metallurgical drilling is planned for the fourth quarter in the Rangefront area. This is expected to provide additional composites to improve coverage of the expanded resource areas for the feasibility study.
Liberty Gold ( LGDTF ) at last look rose 4.2% to $0.75 on the Toronto Stock Exchange in early Wednesday trading.
