Manhattan Associates ( MANH ) posted Q3 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $1.36 per diluted share, up from $1.35 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.19.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sep. 30 was $275.8 million, up from $266.7 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $271.8 million.
For 2025, the company now expects adjusted EPS of $4.95 to $4.97 and revenue of $1.073 billion to $1.077 billion.
Its previous guidance was for adjusted EPS of $4.76 to $4.84 on revenue of $1.071 billion to $1.075 billion. Analysts expect adjusted EPS of $4.83 on revenue of $1.074 billion.
Separately, the firm said it has appointed Greg Betz as chief operating officer. Betz most recently led Microsoft FastTrack.
The board also replenished the company's remaining share repurchase authority to $100 million of its common stock.
