Manhattan Associates ( MANH ) shares fell more than 24% in pre-bell Wednesday after the company reported Q4 earnings and sales that beat market expectations but the forecast for next year lagged estimates.
The company reported Q4 non-GAAP adjusted net income of $1.17 per share late Tuesday, up from $1.03 a year earlier.
