Update: Market Chatter: China Server Maker H3C Running Short of Nvidia Chips
Mar 28, 2025 1:58 AM

04:33 AM EDT, 03/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- (Updates with Nvidia's ( NVDA ) response in the fourth paragraph.)

Nvidia's ( NVDA ) H20 chips are in short supply at Chinese server maker H3C, Reuters reported Thursday, citing a note to clients.

"H20 international supply chain faces significant uncertainties," the company said in a note issued Tuesday, the report said.

The shortage of the most advanced Nvidia ( NVDA ) chips allowed to be imported by China could create obstacles for the country's artificial intelligence goals, Reuters reported.

An Nvidia ( NVDA ) spokesperson declined to comment. H3C did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
