Clearlake Capital is exploring a fresh offer to acquire Blackbaud ( BLKB ) , Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

Clearlake hasn't approached Blackbaud ( BLKB ) with a new proposal but has reached out to banks and lenders for financial packages that could fund a potential deal, the people said, Bloomberg reported.

Blackbaud ( BLKB ) rejected Clearlake's previous unsolicited offer in 2023.

Neither Clearlake nor Blackbaud ( BLKB ) immediately responded to a request for comment by MT Newswires.
