CoreWeave ( CRWV ) will supply Meta Platforms ( META ) with $14.2 billion worth of computing power under a new deal signed by the two companies, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing an interview with CoreWeave ( CRWV ) Chief Executive Officer Michael Intrator.

In an emailed statement to MT Newswires, Coreweave ( CRWV ) confirmed the signing of the long-term AI cloud infrastructure agreement with Meta.

Meta did not immediately reply to a request for comment.

Shares of CoreWeave ( CRWV ) were up 14.3% while Meta shares were down 1.4% in recent early trading.
